I met Payne by accident as he was cleaning a house that I had listed. When I walked in to check his work, I couldn’t believe how clean he was able to get the carpets. I was very impressed with how polite and professional he was, also. I immediately asked if he could clean my business offices and he did. I had a spot on the carpet in one of the rooms I that I had tried everything imaginable to remove with no luck. He was able to get the spot out and did a wonderful job on the rest of the office.
